PosturIQ Refund Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for PosturIQ. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. The Service is provided by PosturIQ Oy, registered in Finland (Business ID: 3640989-5).
1. Try Before You Buy
Every new organization receives a 30-day free trial with full access to the Service. No payment information is required during the trial. We encourage you to use the trial to fully evaluate PosturIQ before subscribing, so you can be confident it meets your needs before making any payment.
2. Subscription Fees
Because we provide a 30-day free trial as the evaluation period, subscription fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is expressly stated in this policy.
- Monthly plans. Fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual plans. Fees are charged at the start of the annual term and are non-refundable. If you cancel during the term, you keep full access until the end of the paid year, but no partial or pro-rata refund is provided for the unused portion.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the Service or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to the free (suspended) state. You may delete your organization and all of its data at any time.
4. Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), who acts as the merchant of record for all PosturIQ purchases. Your payment relationship, including invoicing and refunds, is with Paddle and is also subject to Paddle's Terms. PosturIQ does not store your card details.
5. Billing Errors and Exceptional Cases
We will always correct genuine billing mistakes. You are entitled to a refund in cases such as:
- Duplicate charges for the same subscription period.
- Charges made after a valid cancellation had taken effect.
- A technical fault on our side that prevented all access to a paid service for a sustained period.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and refund any amount charged incorrectly.
6. Your Statutory Rights (EU/EEA Consumers)
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the EU Consumer Rights Directive gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By activating a paid subscription, you expressly request that the Service begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully provided during that period. Where the withdrawal period has not expired and the service has not been fully performed, you may request withdrawal and we will refund amounts due in accordance with applicable law, less a proportionate charge for the service already provided.
Most PosturIQ customers are businesses, for whom the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or raise a billing question, contact us at [email protected]. Please include your organization name and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and will process any approved refund through Paddle to your original payment method.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the policy was last revised.
